Credits & Refunds
How credits work
- New clients get 25 free Office Credits, once per person and email address.
- Credit packs: $9 for 200, $39 for 600, $139 for 2,000, $389 for 6,000.
- Business Monthly: $40 a month for 600 credits. Each month’s credits roll over for 90 days, then expire.
- Each tool shows its credit cost before you run it.
- Under 75 credits your balance shows Low. At 0, new jobs pause until you top up.
Failed renders
If a job fails or is blocked by our safety filter, the credits for it go back to your balance automatically. You don’t need to ask.
Refunds for purchases
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Packs with credits already used aren’t refundable. To ask for a refund, email admin@mainoffice-ai.com from the address on your account.
Refunds and disputes
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits it bought are removed from your balance. If some of those credits were already used, your balance can go below zero. New jobs pause until it's settled.
Business Monthly
- Business Monthly renews automatically every month at $40 until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime online from your account ("Manage subscription"), or email admin@mainoffice-ai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
- We don't refund partial months.
- Each month's credits roll over for 90 days, then expire. You keep credits you already have after canceling, until they expire.
Pack expiry
Pack credits don’t expire while your account is open.
