Privacy Policy
This policy explains what IEMG LLC, doing business as Main Office AI, collects when you use mainoffice-ai.com and the Main Office Studio, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, and any contact details you give us when you reach out for support.
- Your work: the briefs you enter, reference material you provide, and the outputs we generate.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Credits: your balance and a history of credits added, spent and refunded.
- Technical: basic logs (IP address, browser, times) needed to run and secure the Service.
How we use it
To run the Service, generate your outputs, process payments, keep your credit balance accurate, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. We send service emails (sign-in links, receipts). We only send marketing email if you opt in.
AI processing and brand styles
- Your briefs and uploads are sent to the AI provider that performs the job (Anthropic for text, fal.ai for images), which processes them under its own terms.
- We don't use your briefs or outputs to train shared AI models.
- If you upload images to create a locked brand style, those images train a private style used only for your account. The style and its images are deleted when you delete the style or close your account.
Who we share it with
Only providers that help run the Service: Supabase (database, storage, sign-in), Vercel (Studio app hosting), GoDaddy (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (text generation), fal.ai (image generation) and our email provider. Your briefs are sent to the AI provider that performs the job. We don’t sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Account and credit records are kept while your account is open and as long as needed for tax and accounting. Generated files are kept until you ask us to delete them or close your account.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to run checkout (Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page). We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have more rights, which we will honor.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, files are stored privately, and each account can only see its own records.
Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
