AI Content Policy
Main Office AI, run by IEMG LLC, writes business documents and marketing copy and makes marketing images with AI. These rules protect real people and keep the Service usable for everyone.
Real people
- Don’t create images, voices or videos of a real, identifiable person without their written consent.
- Locked brand styles may only be built from images you own or have permission to use.
- No content that impersonates a real person or brand, or could be mistaken for them.
Not allowed
- Any sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor. We report it.
- Sexual or nude content of any kind on this Service.
- Content that harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hate.
- Fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, receipts or documents meant to deceive.
- Misleading political content or deepfakes of public figures.
- Logos, characters or trademarks you don’t own or have permission to use.
Disclosure
Follow the rules of the platforms you post on about labeling AI-generated or synthetic people. Label AI-generated images and ads where those rules require it.
Check your drafts
AI drafts can be wrong. Review every email, proposal, ad and recap, including names, prices and dates, before you send or publish it. Main Office AI doesn’t give legal, tax, accounting or financial advice; have a professional review contracts and filings.
Enforcement
Our image tools run an automatic safety filter. Blocked images are refunded. We may review, remove or refuse jobs that break these rules and close accounts that break them repeatedly. Report problems to admin@mainoffice-ai.com.
